A very rainy day

Budi and Siti want to play outside. Budi wants to play football, and Siti wants to play in the garden. But the sky is dark, and heavy rain begins to fall. The children cannot go outside.

Budi looks out of the window. He is sad because he wants to play football with his friends. Siti also wants to go outside. She looks at the rain and thinks of another plan.

First, Siti takes some paper and pencils. She sits at the table and draws a picture. Budi joins her and draws a football field. Then they play a game with their cards. They are happy because they have something fun to do.

Later, the rain gets even heavier. The children hear the rain on the roof. They sit by the window and watch the water in the garden. Mother brings them some books, and they look at the pictures.

In the afternoon, the rain stops for a short time. The children put on their shoes and go into the garden. But soon, the rain starts again. They run back into the house. They decide to stay inside and play until the weather is better.
