Story

Last New Year’s Eve, Anna was very happy. She had a small party at her house. Her friends, Tom and Lisa, came at seven o’clock. They brought food and drinks. The room had balloons and lights.

They listened to music and played games. Everyone laughed and talked. Anna looked at the clock. She said, “Only two hours left until the New Year!” Tom and Lisa smiled. They were excited.

At midnight, they went outside. The sky had many fireworks. Anna made a wish. She wanted happiness, health, and fun with her friends.

After the fireworks, they went inside. They drank hot chocolate and talked about the New Year. Anna felt happy. She knew this New Year would be very good.
