1. Present Simple
Use: Facts, habits, things that are always true.
- I eat breakfast every day.
- She works in a shop.
- The sun rises in the east.
2. Present Progressive (Present Continuous)
Use: Something happening now, at this moment.
- I am eating breakfast now.
- She is working right now.
- Look! It is raining.
3. Past Simple
Use: Finished actions in the past.
- I ate breakfast this morning.
- She worked yesterday.
- They went to Paris last year.
4. Past Perfect
Use: Something that happened before another past action.
- I had eaten breakfast before I left the house.
- She had finished work before I called her.
- (First: eating / finishing. Second: leaving / calling.)
5. Future — With a Plan
Use: „going to“ — you already decided.
- I am going to visit my friend tomorrow.
- We are going to travel next month.
- She is going to buy a new phone.
6. Future — Without a Plan
Use: „will“ — you decide now, in the moment.
- It’s cold! I will close the window.
- I don’t have money. I will ask my brother.
- The phone is ringing. I will answer it.

Remember how babies
learn a language:
Babies learn a language by listening.
They use their ears to hear sounds.
Their brain remembers these sounds.
Babies connect sounds with people and things.
They listen to their parents.
Then they copy the sounds they hear. They imitate words.
Slowly, babies learn to speak.
