As I learned a new word today – MIXOLOGIST – I immersed myself into the topic:

Mixologists experiment with flavors, ingredients, and advanced techniques, such as infusions or molecular gastronomy, to craft visually appealing and sophisticated drinks. They are often found in upscale bars, consulting on menus, or showcasing their creations in specialty events.
