The Shinta Mani Foundation is a charity in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It helps poor people in local villages. The Foundation gives jobs, education, clean water, health care, and more.

It works with the Shinta Mani Hotel. Some local people get jobs there, which helps them support their families. The Foundation gives bicycles to children so they can go to school. It also brings dentists and doctors to give free health check-ups.
The Foundation has built many clean water wells and houses. It teaches people how to build wells so they can help other villages and earn money. Women learn to make rattan mats to sell and earn income.
The Shinta Mani School of Hospitality trains young people for free. After training, they can get jobs in hotels and restaurants in Siem Reap.
Since 2004, the Foundation has:

- Donated 641 bicycles
- Given 8,123 health check-ups
- Trained 229 students
- Built 99 homes
All money from hotel guests and donations helps the charity. It changes lives and gives people a better future.
