- from dreams to success – another role model

The Shinta Mani Foundation is a non-profit organisation in Cambodia. It helps people in many ways. The Foundation gives young people education and training. At the Hospitality Training School, poor students learn English, computers, and hotel skills. After the course, they can find good jobs in hotels and help their families.
The Foundation also gives support for healthcare. Many families in villages cannot see doctors, so the Foundation provides medical help and dental care for children. Another important part of the work is micro-loans. These are small loans with no interest. They help families start small businesses and earn money.
Meet Bunseng, a young man from Bakong. His father died, so he had to take care of his grandmother and younger brother. He trained in motorbike repair and found work in Siem Reap. His dream was to open his own repair shop at home, so he could support his brother in school. Thanks to the Shinta Mani Foundation’s Business Loan Programme, his dream came true. Now, he runs his own shop, earns a good income, and cares for his family.
This story shows the power of opportunity. With education, health, and loans, the Foundation builds better futures.
