Dara lived in a small village in Cambodia. His parents were farmers. Dara helped them in the fields every day.

Every morning, Dara went to school. He walked or rode his bike. The road to school was long. Dara liked the fresh air and the green trees. Sometimes, he saw birds and butterflies on the way.

Dara’s school was small. There were many children in the classroom. The school had simple desks and chairs. Dara listened to the teacher and learned new things every day.

Dara liked to learn reading, writing, and math. He paid attention in class. Dara’s favorite time was when he played with his friends during the break. They ran, laughed, and had fun together.

Dara was happy to go to school every day. He wanted to learn more and help his family. Dara dreamed of being a teacher when he grew up. He wanted to teach other children in his village.

After school, Dara went home and told his parents about his day. He loved his family, school, and friends. Dara felt lucky to have a good school and good friends.
