My name is Somalena. I work in tourism. I work in a hotel. I like my job very much because it is fun and active. Every day I meet many people.

The guests come from many different countries. I like to talk to them. I ask simple questions about their country, their food, and their life. I learn new things every day, and this makes me happy.

I help the guests at the hotel. When they arrive, I say hello and give them a warm welcome. I show them their room and tell them important things. I speak slowly and clearly so they can understand me.

Sometimes guests have questions. They may need a taxi, a map, or help with something small. I listen carefully and try to help them. I like it when guests smile and say thank you. It makes me feel good.

My job is never boring. Every day is a little different. In the morning, I often work at the front desk. I check guests in and out. I answer the phone and write short messages. In the afternoon, I may help in other areas of the hotel.

I also like my coworkers. They are friendly and helpful. We talk together and sometimes laugh. When the hotel is busy, we help each other and work as a team.

I enjoy my job very much. I like meeting people and helping them. I feel happy and proud because I can make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
