hospitality training & employment
The Shinta Mani Foundation gives free hospitality training to poor young people in Cambodia. The training lasts 10 months and takes place in Siem Reap. Students learn how to work in hotels and restaurants. They study English, customer service, housekeeping, cooking, and other important skills. The teachers are kind and help students practice what they learn.

The students also work in the real hotel, so they get good experience. They learn how to talk to guesto take care, to be helpful, to change
Students clean rooms, and prepare food. This training helps them find good jobs after they finish. Many students get jobs in hotels, restaurants, or travel companies.

The foundation also gives free food, uniforms, and sometimes a place to live. Students do not need to pay anything. This training helps young people have a better life and take care of their families. The program is very helpful and changes many lives in a good way.
