Building Homes, Changing Lives (A2)

  • Shinta Mani Foundation rocks

A song in honor of the Shinta Mani Foundation team:

Listen to the text:

The Shinta Mani Foundation is a non-profit organization in Cambodia. It started in 2004 and helps people in many ways. One of its most important projects is building houses for poor families in the countryside. These families often live in very bad conditions or have no home at all.

So far, the foundation has already built 123 homes. These houses are simple, but they are safe and strong. They give families a clean and dry place to live. Many people feel happy and safe in their new homes. Some even help with the building, which creates a strong sense of community.

The foundation was started by Mr. Sokoun Chanpreda. His goal is to improve people’s lives, not only by giving them homes but also by creating better opportunities for the future.

When a family receives a new home, it changes their life. Children can sleep well, study, and stay healthy. Parents can work and plan for a better future.

The work of the Shinta Mani Foundation is a great example of how one organization can make a big difference. It does not just build houses—it builds hope and a better tomorrow for many Cambodian families.
