Dara – she has managed to be accepted for the hospitality training with the Shinta Mani Foundation (A1)

her strategy to be successful – a list

At the Shinta Mani Foundation, I learn about hotels, hospitality, and tourism.
To learn well, I must stay focused. This can be hard because there are many distractions.

But I am trying to follow these tips to……:

  1. Have a goal – Know what you want to do. Make small steps to reach your goal.
  2. Make a plan – Use a simple schedule. Study at the same time every day.
  3. Find a quiet place – Turn off your phone or music. Tell people not to disturb you.
  4. Take short breaks – Work for 25 minutes. Then rest for 5 minutes. This helps your brain.
  5. Keep your desk clean – A tidy place helps you think better.
  6. Be healthy – Eat good food, sleep well, and move your body. This helps you stay strong and think clearly.
  7. Think positive – Remember why you study. Think about your future and your dreams.

Everyone is different. Try these tips and see what works for you. If you practice every day, staying focused will get easier.
